Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

At BrightWay Exterior Cleaning, we understand that schedules can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth service operations, we have established the following cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation Notice Requirement

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees.

3. Late Cancellations & Fees

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost may be applied.
If our team arrives at the service location and cannot access the property or perform the scheduled work due to circumstances beyond our control, a no-show fee of 50% of the total service cost may apply.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We encourage customers to reschedule rather than cancel whenever possible.
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated without any additional charges, subject to availability.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

If weather conditions prevent us from completing the service safely, we will reschedule at the earliest available date without penalty.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible in case of weather-related schedule changes.

6. Refund Policy

If a prepayment has been made and a service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for late cancellations will be issued at our discretion, minus applicable fees.

7. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible fee waivers.

Michael has done a lot of work for me over the years from window to solar panel cleaning. I can't say enough about his work ethic and attention to detail. He is very punctual and does not leave until work is done well. I have even called him to re-do other company's bad work. Very Reliable!!
